I have read these statements to be followed in several places. It true?

An official announcement of the Obama administration revealed the truth of extraterrestrial life is imminent.
For several months, senior officers of the administration has discussed in secret but will reveal to the world about extraterrestrial life.
The discontent among powerful institutions such as the U.S. Navy over the decades and endafonhas secret policies have driven efforts to reveal the reality of extraterrestrial life and technology.

The imminent announcement follows a secret policy of openness about extraterrestrial life than one year.
During the period 12 to 14 February 2008, the United Nations held discussions behind closed doors, where some 30 nations agreed secretly with a new policy of openness about the existence of UFOs and extraterrestrial life in 2009.

The open policy has been implemented, but never publicly announced because of threats against UN diplomats not to reveal details of the secret agreement.
The secret agreement of the United Nations were based on 2 conditions: First, UFOs continue to appear all over the world, and second, the policy of openness would not lead to social unrest in liberal democracies.
Both conditions have been met by making it possible to begin the next phase - the official disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

Obama's speech on 24 September 2009, chairing the meeting of the UN Security on non-prorifelação and disarmament of nuclear weapons, signaled the rise of its leadership role in combating the major global issues such as nuclear weapons.
The Nobel Peace Prize was an important step to give global legitimacy to President Obama to make a disclosure about extra-terrestrial life.

The timing of the announcement would probably be after his speech to accept the Nobel Peace Prize on 10 December 2009 in Oslo, Norway.

Many sources have revealed ongoing discussions to make an announcement about the existence of extraterrestrial life at the end of 2009.
Among these sources, Dr. Pete Peterson, who has emerged recently with a report showing that high-level discussions have happened considering announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life.
In an interview with Project Camelot, Dr. Peterson said that "Obama is planning to reveal the actual contact with aliens at the end of the year, most but not all aliens are friendly."

Another source is David Wilcock, a prominent researcher of emerging scientific paradigms.
Wilcock said that revelations about aliens will take place in late 2009 by independent sources extras.

Whatever the scenario above that will be used to advertise the existence of extraterrestrial life and technology, the fact is that President Obama will be a prominent figure.
Behind the scenes, powerful institutions are not guaranteed to go off the rails in relation to the planned announcement revealing.
The revelation comes after a year of great openness by the government when it comes to UFO's and is in accordance with the policy secret by the United Nations.

If disclosure occurs in late 2009 or early 2010, President Obama will lead an unprecedented effort to promote a global government through the UN.
The Obama administration and its allies to stand in a bold step forward by helping our planet to become an interplanetary culture that will deal openly with the challenges.
